Introduction:
Descriptions:
The product CCFL I26-350,is designed as the light source for backlight module of 1 7"LCD monitor, and its color chromaticity are set ad X=0.30±0.0 1; Y=0.285±0.01.

Lighting principles:

Clio's CCFL is made of miniature hard-glass tube, which spread with high-performance Tri-color fluorescent powder on inner surface and filled in idle-gad & less of mercury vapour, when powered it on, the gas was dissociated to stimulate the mercury vapour and emission out 253.7nm ultra-violet rays, and then changed to visible light when passed through fluorescent coating layer.
Product Characteristics:
    • High luminance & efficiency, low power consumption, small size and long life.
    • Good impact absorbability, start ability & Repeatability
    • Can be instantly started on under 0.1 Lx illuminations.
    • Color temperature Tri-colors can be adjusted on customer's requirements.
Applications:
    • LCD monitor back-light source.
Ambient conditions for applications:
    • For operation:
      Themperature: 0~60 °C
      Relative humidity: 20~90%
No condensation or iced on lamp surface.
    • For storage: ~p
      Temperature: -30~70 °C
      Relative humidity: 5~90%
No condensation or iced on lamp surface.
Notices:
    • Don't bend both-ends electrodes, or it may influence vacuum characteristics and break-down the lamp.
    • Don't bend, curve or shock on lamps or it may be broken.
    • It may be shorten average life when using lamps in low temperature
      (< 0 °C ) environments.
    • For preventing electric-shock, don't touch both-ends electrodes of lamps while power it on.
    • When welding wire to electrode, should be finished in a short time for preventing overheat and breakage of lamps.
    • Don't look at lamp for a long time when lighting, or it may hurt eyes.

Judging Conditions

After reliability testing, the characteristics of testing lamps must be met the following requirements:
    1. Startup voltage: No over 10% of initial value.
    2. Luminance: At least 50% of initial value.
    3. No mechanical or physical damage (e.g. nickel guide pin broken)
    4. No visible distortion, colorchanging etc.
    5. No lamp can't light up.
    6. The luminance should be up to 95% of it stability, after power on 3 minutes.
    7. No darken, color changing in appearance, or unnormal lighting (flicking smacking etc)

    Testing Conditions:

    • Impact testing:
Pulse wave of 30G, llm/sec2 should be applied three times each in X,Y,Z directions. The lamp should be held on the testing fixture.
    • Vibration test:
Acceleration 19.6m/sec2,frequency 20-500-20Hz be applied in 3 minutes each time, and each In X,Y,Z directions for lhr. Be careful to prevent resonant point.
    • Terminal wire intensity test:

Inspection & AQL
(Acceptable Quality Level)
Lamp Quality Control
In order to control the lamp's quality, according to CNS 2779 Z4006 table II -A ~single sampling plans of normal inspection to do the quality control.
    1. Bad quality: Snaking, flicker, crack (No external force)
    2. Light bad quality: Fluorescent coating cracked & peeled off
Remark:
  1. Hg sticked on inner wall of tube is normal.
  2. Light black color of two end-sides of glass tube is normal.
  3. Fluorescent coating peeled off in 15mm from two end-sides is not counted.
